# QR code print checklist

Use this editable checklist with the QR image and final print artwork. Replace the blank fields for your project. Record results after performing the checks; an unchecked item is not a pass.

## Practice example

The article's fictional workshop card uses this demonstration URL. It is not a working booking page and must be replaced for real work:

https://example.com/workshops?utm_source=flyer&utm_medium=qr&utm_campaign=autumn_workshops_2026&utm_content=counter_card

Plainview settings: Website URL; M - Balanced; Standard image resolution. The example exports are 424 x 424 pixels, including the quiet zone, and encode 120 UTF-8 bytes. No physical print or phone acceptance result is supplied for this example.
