Plainview Web collects only the information needed to review and respond to a project request. Questions or deletion requests can be sent to hello@plainviewweb.com.

Information collected

The project-review form collects information a visitor voluntarily provides: name, business name, email address, optional phone number and website address, the type of help requested, and a project description. Cloudflare Turnstile also processes limited technical information needed to distinguish people from automated abuse.

How information is used

Submitted information is used to respond to the request, evaluate project fit, prepare a possible scope, prevent abuse, and maintain reasonable business records. It is not sold or used to add visitors to a marketing list.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts the website and provides Turnstile spam protection. Resend delivers project-request notifications. Google Workspace receives and stores the resulting business email. These providers process information under their own privacy and security terms.

Retention and deletion

Inquiry emails are kept only as long as reasonably needed for follow-up, business records, or legal requirements. To request access, correction, or deletion of an inquiry, email hello@plainviewweb.com.

Cookies and analytics

Plainview Web does not currently use advertising trackers or a website analytics service. Turnstile may use browser data necessary to provide security and prevent abuse.

Website information

Website content is general information, not a guarantee of rankings, leads, revenue, availability, price, or project acceptance. Final services, scope, payment terms, responsibilities, and warranties belong in a separate written agreement.

Updates

This information may be updated when the website, service providers, or business practices change. The effective date is July 18, 2026.
